Customer satisfaction is very important to Sweet Lady. Because we sell intimate apparel and undergarments, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days after receiving your order if:

Wrong product was delivered.
Product is damaged or defective.
Product has missing parts.
Product arrived in damaged condition.

To qualify:

Product must be unused and unwashed.
Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
Proof of purchase is required.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or incorrect product claims.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Used or worn undergarments
Washed products
Products without original packaging
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Clearance, sale, or promotional items

Exchange Policy

If an eligible product is available in stock, we will gladly exchange it after verification.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only approved when:

Replacement is unavailable.
Wrong or defective product has been verified.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, or other payment method) within 5–10 working days after inspection.
